What I collect through the form, why, how long I keep it and what you can ask me to do with it.

The fields marked “to be filled in” are the identification details. They are completed before the site goes live — without them the document is not complete under art. 13 GDPR.
Who collects the data
GCDevelopment PFA, to be filled in. For any question about your data, write to to be filled in.
What I collect
Only what you fill in on the form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), the free-text note and what you ticked in steps 1–3. There are no accounts, no tracking, and I do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your request and, if we go ahead, to prepare the quote. The legal basis is art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before a contract. I do not send newsletters and I do not use the data for advertising.
How long I keep it
Requests that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. If we sign a contract, the data stays as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which receives and stores what you send through the form, along with the usual web server data (IP address, browser type). The transfer outside the EU relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Beyond that, the data goes to no one — I do not sell it and I do not pass it on.
Fonts and cookies
The site sets no cookies, measures no visitors and has no social buttons. The fonts come from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page loads. If you would rather it did not, the fonts can be moved onto the site’s own server.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit how it is used, to receive it as a file, or to object to the processing. Write to the address above and you get an answer within one month. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
